Prior to forming CiEnSe global, he had worked in some of leading engineering service providers and consultancies and previously held positions as Chief Operations Officer at G2G Engineering Services Private Limited, Project Manager at Creative Synergies Group - Steel Structural design and detailing program, Project Manager and Subject Matter Specialist at QuEST Global - Civil Structures Department heading the PEMB Design Engineering ODC team, Chief Manager-Operations at Greenbrook Engineering among others.

Besides, he is a certified Internal Auditor on ISO 9001:2000 and AS/EN 9100:2009 Quality Standards and holds certification in Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He has served in supporting roles as an IQA, was a core-member representing Civil-Structures department in the EPG (Engineering Process Group) committee at QuEST Global during Company's transition to CMMi Level 3 organization.

BASAVA KALYAN RAM

He has worked extensively in the structural steel industry and Oil and Gas industry working with customers and projects spread across the globe. Prior to forming CIEnSe Global, Mr. Basava Kalyan was associated with Valdel Engineers and Constructors, Bangalore as the Civil and Structural Department Head, with Quest Global as Project Leader where he served in several management and technical positions related to Engineering services among others. In an illustrious career of over two decades, he has always kept the customer's best interests on top of everything, followed a customer centric approach, extensively worked in building teams to meet the customer needs and developing sustainable business to the company.
